Find Your Fit.
A guided, seven-question career discovery experience that helps candidates find relevant TriFinance career paths and move towards the right opportunities.
Information architecture
The match selector is part of the coded scan result. The selected match displays its own CMS-managed mini target-group landing content. This is different from the existing full target-group page.
CMS main subpage
Hard-coded
Hard-coded selection
CMS: one content set per match
max. 3
"Not seeing your ideal opportunity?"
Optional: learn more
The CMS mini landing contains tailored copy, testimonial, benefits, selected vacancies and CTAs. Switching a match updates this content; the match tiles themselves are not separate CMS pages.
Landing
Short campaign introduction, explanation of the value and one prominent start CTA. No login or email required.
Seven questions
One question at a time, with radio-style options. Two visual variants: text or image/video-supported.
Personalised results
One to three relevant target groups. Switch between matches without duplicating long page sections.
Relevant next steps
Selected employee story, shared benefits, up to three curated jobs, target-group detail and open application.
Functional specification
Content & management
| Component | Proposed approach |
|---|---|
| Landing introduction | Editable in Craft CMS; content and layout managed by Niek, based on input from Wendy & colleagues |
| 7 questions & answer options | Custom-coded configuration; not editable in Craft CMS in this phase |
| Outcome mapping | Use the exact outcomes and combinations defined in the supplied Career match tool _ scenario.xlsx spreadsheet. No separate scoring, weighting, ranking or newly invented calculation. Implement spreadsheet scenarios and their precedence in code; validate coverage and ambiguous cases with TriFinance before launch |
| Mini target-group result landing pages | Dedicated Craft CMS pages for each outcome. Niek manages layout, intro, teasing copy, employee stories, benefits, relevant jobs and CTAs using material from Wendy & colleagues. These mini pages are distinct from the existing extensive career target-group pages |
| Testimonial/video | Curated per target group in Craft |
| Benefits | Reuse shared Craft content once per result page |
| Featured jobs | Maximum three manually selected existing vacancies per target group, preferably using Connexys identifiers; hide inactive jobs |
| Job detail → application | Curated job card links to the existing job detail page; the job detail then links to Apply via Connexys. |
| Open application | Alternative CTA on each mini target-group landing page (e.g. “Not seeing your ideal opportunity?”), linking to the existing open-application flow; pass career interest if supported. |
| FAQ | Optional shared Craft content |
Development, CMS & ownership
| Scope | Decision / responsibility |
|---|---|
| Scan / test | Hard-coded, not in CMS. Seven questions, choices, progress, navigation and scenario lookup are implemented in code. The outcome is taken directly from the supplied spreadsheet scenario mapping, not from a separate score calculation. Changes to questions, scenarios or outcome mapping require development. |
| Main Find Your Fit subpage | Craft CMS-managed. Intro, hero, layout, supporting sections, FAQ and calls to action are editable by Niek. The hard-coded seven-question scan is embedded in this CMS page as a component; its questions, answers and outcomes are not edited in Craft. |
| Unique mini target-group landing pages | Craft CMS-managed, one per spreadsheet outcome. These are the personalised result content pages, with tailored teasing copy, employee story, benefits, up to three curated jobs and CTA to the full existing target-group page. The 1–3 match tiles are the coded result selector, NOT the mini landing pages themselves. Switching a match displays the corresponding CMS mini-landing content. Curated jobs link to separate job detail pages, then Apply via Connexys. Each mini landing also offers an open-application CTA. |
| Content delivery | Wendy & colleagues supply the content, testimonials, media and recruitment input. Niek processes and manages the content and layout in Craft. |
| Application | No additional lead-capture form. Only the existing job or open-application process collects application details. Optional first name is used for on-screen personalisation, not sent as a lead. |
Tracking, GA4 & dashboards
Reserve at least half a day with Like Minds for measurement setup and coordination. The scan should be included in the existing GA4 event-tracking setup and dashboards so TriFinance can measure engagement, drop-off, matches and progression towards applications.
| Proposed event | What it measures |
|---|---|
find_your_fit_start | Scan starts |
find_your_fit_question_completed | Question step reached/completed (question number, no free-text personal data) |
find_your_fit_complete | Completed scans |
find_your_fit_match_view | Viewed career category or switched match |
find_your_fit_job_click | Clicks to relevant job details |
find_your_fit_apply_click | Clicks towards job/open applications |
UX behaviour
Single-select answers; previous/next navigation; progress indicator; retain selections when navigating backwards; show results immediately without registration. When multiple target groups match, use a selectable match switcher that updates the profile description, testimonial and curated vacancies. Shared benefits and FAQ remain fixed.
Acceptance checklist
Responsive mobile layout · keyboard-operable choices · visible focus states · semantic form labels · video captions and poster image · empty job state · no expired vacancies · exact spreadsheet scenario coverage and precedence · clear job/application CTAs · privacy-safe analytics events.
